So......NSVs have become very important to me because that darn scale doesn't seem to want to move. Partially my own fault for becoming a tad more lax with my food choices.
Yesterday, I was lying on my back and felt a lump between my breasts. I thought, oh crap, what's that. Had a friend feel it for me and he laughed. Well, it was my sternum. It had been hiding under layers of fat for so long, I didn't even think about it!
So, all this to say, it's fun when our body starts to change. When you can move in ways you never have been able to before, when you see your silhouette change, when people hug you and can feel you getting smaller! It's not an easy journey, but I'm so thankful to be on it!
